Recording of personal details
For a single website visit, we only store access data in what are known as server log files. This is data that your browser provides, with no reference to any individual, specifically:
• browser type/version
• operating system used
• referrer URL (the page previously visited)
• host name of the accessing computer(IP address)
• time and date of the server enquiry
Such data cannot be assigned to specific persons. These data are not merged with other data sources and the data are also deleted after a statistical evaluation. For this, user accesses to our websites are saved in the server log files, including the IP address. These log files are processed on a monthly basis for statistical purposes after which they are deleted. It is not possible to identify an individual person through our use of this data.
A few functions on our website ask visitors to provide some personal details, e.g. name, e-mail address. Names and other details are provided here on a purely voluntary basis. Your data are then processed immediately by us on servers based in Austria, so it is covered by the EU-stipulated level of data protection. However, we draw your attention to some possible exceptions in relation to third-party provider tools that have servers located abroad.
Recording of data
Whenever you fill in our contact form, we use that information to contact you in relation to what interests you. These data are stored and used solely for the purpose of answering your request or for establishing contact and the associated technical administration. Your data will be deleted after we have finished processing your request, if you would like this to happen and said deletion does not conflict with any statutory retention requirements.

Insofar as you have authorised the use of personal data for special purposes, subject to the reservation of consent, you may revoke said consent at any time. The data will then be deleted by us. Data that you have entered in the course of the online contact request with us will not be disclosed to third parties. You are entitled to restrict your consent to the use of your data. Then they will only be deleted within the scope of the restriction.

We use your personal details for the following purposes: To deliver the services you wish from us, in particular to process your enquiry.
Contract data processing
Due to a special agreements about the processing of personal details in an order, your details are capture, processed and used by our webspace provider, Koerbler GmbH, Hofweg 1, 8430 Wagna, in the context of the processing of order-related data as defined in Article 28 of the GDPR and in accordance with the legislative stipulations in our order. Data about any access to our website shall only be stored on servers in Austria. However, this does not permit any transfer of personal details to third parties in connection with data protection legislation. We here at BTG remain responsible to you in respect of data protection legislation.
Rights of data subjects
– Revocation
You are entitled at any time to revoke your consent to the storage of your personal details. You are also entitled at any time to revoke your consent to the capture and storage by ourselves of any other data you may choose to provide on a voluntary basis. Please note that, in order to protect your privacy and security, we will verify your identity before you can take such action.

In the case of the revocation of your consent to store, process and use your personal data, we will immediately delete or block all your stored data.

Length of data storage
Personal data are stored for the duration of the statutory retention period. After the deadline, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted if they are no longer required to fulfil the contract or to initiate a contract.
